Here's a good example of people that just don't get it on why certain areas remain nice.

Just read the article , the kid's dad is nieve or just plain stupid , if they labeled his son Gangbanger it wasn't just for no reason , he wore the typical Gangbanger garb and then cried foul because he's in the minority , just as stupid as when I hear Hispanics and their White people conspiracies ,there is no white man trying to keep you from bettering your life or reaching a goal ,you do that to yourself and to others who surround you. This doesn't apply to all just a few bad apples.

Those few do seem to get their voices heard and the laws get changed to favor them. Which is why Berwyn is now the way it is.
