you are so right. i know of a young man that burke & others burke had hurrased. no charges were ever filed just held for 12 or 18 hr. then turned loose. his file was a inch thick, well guess what????? he went to FBI. &they looked into it, my!! my!! you guessed it, the file had dissapered when the FBI ask to see it. so nothing was done [ no evidense]. my!! word, would you believe that the file is back intact according to the chief of police just a couple of mo. ago. don't take a brain scit. to figure that one out.

There is so much more to the sad and illicit story in the Florissant Police Dept. Too bad no one really digs for the truth and shares the truth. Many know, but, unless asked directly, that fraternity off Officers are scared of the Lowery retribution.
There is a complete novel on the bad behavior of both Lowery boys. Capt Timmy should have been terminated and maybe even jail for some of his hijinks. St. Louis County police have records on some of this, some has been buried, some just vaporizes.
Ask retired Florissant police officers, they would love for someone to pull out the truth.
The truth is out there, time to expose it.

Well if that is what happened in Tecate Mexico all 37 police and employees at the Police Dept in Tecate Mexico was killed by machine gunners my fav type gunners 356 days a year 24/7 .

Wow, just moved o Florissant.I've been all over the world and have never been treated so "unwelcome" anywhere else and have never met people more prejudice. I think its funny that they're so religious too. This thread deserves a bump ;)
