DWI - Driving while intoxicated is not a crime unless you are intoxicated. Back in 1983, in Texas, you could drive with 2.0 BAC and you could have open containers in your vehicle. There were NOT as many DWIs back then because it was not a big deal. People have taken the fun out of life by letting folks have a few beers after work to relax and turned it into a crime. The fact of the matter is if its such a crime to drink why don't the states make it ZERO BAC and leave it at that? Instead of harrassaing folks who just want to relax and have a beer after work. This world is coming to be pointless with stupid people making up the new rules.
