the appeal can take years...so we are almost 10 months into this and the appeal just got filed this month. Now, we wait...and wait! His lawyer did well IN COURT, but did not prepare for the case at all. He didnt interview people that he should have, he failed to get an investigator, he didnt even go over the reports or the case prior to trial. He skimmed over it, that is all. He told James that he had other cases to work on but James only had this ONE, so do the work!!!

it is another really long process. I know James hates to do it, but may eventually go through with it. I think you have 4 years to do it. It wont change anything for James, really, but may make the attorney try harder for his clients in the future...ya know? He trusted him and in the long run was really let down.

damn, murder, i love that word, death, blood, violence, revenge, pain, scared, people begging for mercy, crying and pleading, telling you they have kids, then you shoot them right between they eyes and watch as they fall to the floor, and then go for the kids, murder its so easy, thats why its so dangerous...

I wonder was the 18 yr olds body found near 281 , a current inmate in ACJ once bragged aboout shooting a guy . Nobody really believed him but in light of recent events... who knows . Peace Out |
