Everyone in the United States should strive to learn more than one language, I don't care whether it's Spanish, French, or German, etc. When stationed in Germany I learned that most of them learned 3+ languages because it was a requirement in school, I found that amazing. Of course everyone should definitely try to learn English, but I believe it's time our school system tries to push our kids to do better. (wishful thinking)
