Thumbs down to Darlington County Magistrate James Thomas of Hartsville for setting bond, during a hearing closed to the public, for a man charged in connection with a boating accident that killed a Darlington man.

This pathetic excuse for a magistrate does NOT need to be doing any legal bussiness, as he is so bias, and illegal. He does whatever he wants depending on who you are! He needs to be FIRED!
