What else would you expect from a liberal judge and defense attorneys. This office should be known as the State Defense Attorney's Office.

Well - it's the voters of the 14th Judicial Circuit's fault....... Hess was described as a liberal judge and many examples of his liberal views working out for criminals' advantages were advertised in TV ads as well as paper ads. People didn't listen - they voted in Hess........and now a murderer is being let loose. I dread to see what other poor decisions Glenn Hess makes that will endanger the law abiding citizens of this area. Perhaps when his home is being broken into or when HE himself is the victim of a crime, Mr. Hess might wish then that he was a bit tougher on criminals. The next 3.5 years will be a scary time for all of us and we will most likely see the crime rates rise.... how can we not when Hess is turning loose murderers? It's a great time to be a criminal.......you can actually commit murder and get the charges dropped. SCARY!!!!!!

He is not "loose!` He is doing a "LIFE" without possibility of parole, with another 5 years tacked on for good measure.

The witness changed her story. It is not as simple as you want to make the public think.

Did you NOT READ the article? Yes, two murder charges were dropped due to a lack of evidence, BUT.....he is still in prison and will be for the rest of his life. You need to get your facts straight before you go spouting out about a murderer being out on the loose!

Well, Exactly, you may want to re-think that statement. A grand jury, made up of of jackson county residents, said that there was enough evidence. Glenn Hess just didnt have the balls to prosecute it.

OOOPS, look I did it again.

Peacock can try and blame the JCSO for this latest mishap, and good ole Bill Wright can agree with him all he wants too. BUT if Peacock had read his reports, he should have known months ago, that Mrs. Green was a witness. If the statement could not be found, did'nt Peacock say it was his investigator's job to get the him what he needed to prosecute cases ? Peacock is a joke.

Virgo

So much love and effort. You want the day to be a big success, and it's going to be that way. You'll be very popular if you can bring some spontaneity to the day, such as springing an exciting surprise on everyone or swapping a tired old tradition for something much more interesting. You might also have an unexpected visitor at some point.
