What are the chances of someone getting indicted on 2 counts of 1st degree trafficking a controlled substance? Large bond was set and the inmate was not let out. 60 days is almost up. If not indicted, they have to release the inmate. Will they be indicted? I have heard that many are getting released from Greenup County due to failure to indict. I would think these would be serious charges....any opinions?
