I'm fed up being ripped off being over charged and just really being treated like all the usual sheep who site an accept shoddy service

Think twice if Charles white are involved - you'll be stinging afterwards.

I have had to use Charles White Factor for several years and my main complaint against them they are not a company I would trust. They were chose for us by a particularly bad developer/builder and we had no choice in the matter. For the first year numerous residents on site wrote to them and they rarely replied. I wrote 9 letters and continued to send copies again and again until they were shamed into replying. Their replies are not worth having as they are vague and avoid answering any questions fully. They do not apppear to shop round for the cheapest deal - why should they the resident pays... In my opinion they take over sites without proper checks on for example pump house and lifts etc. Various stairs on our site were taken over by Charles White Factor with no apparent checks and we started paying them, then discovered that the pump house was faulty and caused no end of problems with water leaks and no water for hours on end. To us they were just after as much money as they can squeeze out of residents with the minimum of work on their part. There should be some control over companies like Charles White. I have not heard a good word about them from any residents ... They are not value for money and the local MP is trying to do various investigations into Factors in general as there have been many so many complaints from a lot of residents in sites all over our town.

I am being ripped off at present by Charles White! I had no correspondance from them for over a year, until a huge bill arrived for work I was unaware had been carried out! I have attempted to contact them several times to discuss my bill and work I am not happy with, however they have failed to reply to myself. I recently recieved notice that they would take legal action if i did not pay the bill, however how can the matter be resolved if they fail to discuss matters! I am concerned that they are currently ripping me off big time!!!
