Flagstaff Police to field immigration queries

Local officials say a common rumor is that local police will automatically take undocumented immigrants into custody for committing no offense other than not having legal residency. "The question comes up:'Well, they're criminals already,'" Boughner said. "Well, that's not what we mean. We mean if they're breaking the Arizona state law and are also here illegally.".....

'Well, they're criminals already..They are here illegally. Detain and deport all undocumented immigrants.

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions."

They are not immigrants,they are illegal invaders and your hungry story is too bad,we have hungry folks all over the world who are waiting to get in.

They can't because too many illegals.

We do NOT need the ILLEGAL immigrants here in the United States. We do not need them sucking up taxpayer funds. We do not need them abusing the system. The taxpayers do not need to pay for their children's education either.

Even your link says Mexico DEPORTS the ILLEGALS they find in Mexico so why are you against the United States deporting ILLEGALS?
