Me and my boy rolled up on a Buick Regal parked in a Handicap zone without a placard on the rear view mirror. When he came out of the store I threw his walker in the street and gave him a good old fashioned arm bar and a chest bump that dropped him. Who's important now? Plus I think he might have been an ex cop.
