Lookie here my baby mama cant work cuz she has a bad back and five kids. Yes she am drink sometimes but when the governmenp cuts her how am she gonna be able to buy me new sneakers and some bling.

I have NEVER BEEN ARRESTED or PULLED OVER for DRUNK DRIVING, with or without my children in the vehicle!!!! There is NOTHING on my CORI!
As I said "DCF Social Workers and Attorney Judith McIntosh lied in order to take my children" they do not have to prove to the Judge at the time they file a C & P, and their Affidavit. The. Judge automatically believes them and awards custody to the department. Then, its up to you to prove they lied. Even after you prove the lies, a Judge does not want to swim upstream against the current, they want to go with the flow because they are spineless.
The GAL testified "the DCF File was a lie!!!"
The social worker testified in court about the lies, and stated "she was fearful of losing her job"
Judge Perez told DCF "he was going to give my child(ren) back. Unfortunately for me, Judge Perez retired.
You are either ignorant, or you just have no clue what's going on in the REAL WORLD!
I received a letter the other day from DVF telling me, "Governor Duval's Office contacted them expressing concern over MY CASE"

It is the CHILDREN who continue to suffer while officials sit back taking kickbacks

Well goodie for you! The govna is on the case! So let me get this straight. You were minding your own business being a "parent" and they just came in and kidnapped your kids for no reason? Right, sure. Who should be talking about the real world? At least my kids weren't kidnapped by those evil DCF social workers!

It's sad but true. There are some mothers out there who do drugs/drink and then abuse the children. They don't need counciling or a social worker. They need to go to jail. The kids would be safer in a foster home.

I agree. Instead of entertaining false 51A's filed against good parents, because people are going thru a divorce, an taking the children from the sanctuary of their homes, without any proof.... they should be focusing on children who are being abused.
It is my belief that if you are going to take children out of a home.... the parents should be taken out in handcuffs as well.
If you don't have proof, and its based on an anonymous phone call, then these social workers should be held criminally negligent for abusing the children they "profess" to protect.

social workers do not just come into a house and grab children because of anonymous phone calls. They have proper proticol to follow. They would not remove children without evidence and sometimes it takes way too long to get the evidence.

Unfortunately the children who need to be placed in foster homes, and who are being abused are overlooked. These same children are hard to place or keep in placement, because they act out or cannot bond with other adults because they have been so abused. So these kids are given back to the abusive parents. Good kids who weren't abused stay in care and DCF offers them up for adoption.
"Protocol" only means they can have a strong feeling that the info. is true, then they walk into someone's home, or a child:s school, an take custody of them.
Then....they go to the court an file an exparte motion with the court after they already took the children, an the court gives them custody.
Then "you" the parent have to prove yourself fit.
