I am happy to see that my efforts and positions have brought light to many issues facing Fitchburg. First I stated that Seniority within the FPD needed to take a back seat to "merit". Today's paper has Councilman hays and FPD Union rep Garcia beginning an effort to bring about change concerning this situation.
Although, I feel that Mr. Garcia could make a much better effort to promote "merit" over seniority, I feel that his admission that there is a problem is the first step. His bill will not do much for Merit advancemnent but it does begin a discussion where hopefully the council will objectively discuss instead of just "rubberstamping" the proposal. Hopefully the council will now begin to compromise with this Union in an effort to create a better department.
Another campaign promise of mine was to bring in more police officers. Major Wrong, fought me every inch on this proposal even going as far a writing an editorial in the sentinel/Wong chronicle two days before the preliminary stating that there was no need for more police. Then in a reversal of position she announced the addition of an additional 15 officers to patrol the streets of Fitchburg.
She even had her partner/Chief Demoura backing her position as he stated a few times in the Fitchburg chronicle/Sentinel that crime wasn't a problem in Fitchburg and if there was a rise that when the economy gets better crime will decrease!! Nice, huh? Now we see a serious rise in crime, the Wong Chronicles fails to report all the shootings, stabbings, assaults and robberies within fitchburg in an attempt to paint a peaceful picture. I have noticed the serious increase of the State police within Fitchburg since the preliminary and I like what I see as most of the arrests are made by these troopers.

Now, one of my major positions concerning the incease of every tax,fee and utility under the Wrong administration is beginning to hit every living room within Fitchburg. As our Major touts her achievement of a $3 million dollar savings account, citizens are experiencing the highest rate increase that the city has ever experienced. Citizens are driving into gapping pot holes and other citizens are getting robbed , stabbed, vandilized property, car thefts or shot at on dark streets! Well Major Wongs afforts on a bigger savings account is going to get bigger as many more homeowners within Fitchburg are experiencing their water and sewer cut off, their property taxes significantly raised as they find it impossible to avoid foreclosure! If this isn't immediately reversed, the city of Fitchburg will have to raise your taxes, fees and rates even higher! The tax base will now narrow under Major wrong's policies! More storefronts and factories have closed since the general election. Now Major Wrong will come up with proposals for more posters to glue to the newly installed plywood store windows!
This after the Major states her re-election success. The Major does have "good relations" with the college and it's president who let me remind you is on "UNITILS" board of trustees also!! Nice, huh?? So as the President/Unitil trustee member continues to donate to Major Wrong's campaign the citizens arer again neglected and ignored through futher Unitil rate increases!!
One solution to this problem; "WE ALL NEED TO VOTE", We need to encourage every citizen within Fitchburg to vote! The turnout for the general was 20% which means that Major Wrong was elected by 11% of "registered voters! Add the fact that thousands within Fitchburg are unregistered and we have well over 90% of the population within Fitchburg who did not vote for Major Wrong! And now some of the 11% who did vote for her will begin to experience their new tax rates, new fees and their new water and sewer bills!
So, Major, you have succeeded on being a true politician. As every Fitchburg citizen now pays much more to higher taxes, fees and rates as they experience more stray bullets flying, less stores to shop at, more potholes to drive into and darker streets to drive down!

Promotions are soley based on the civil service test scores given by the State. A first year officer can take a promotion exam, get the highest score and get promoted before a 30 year officer. Seniority has nothing to do with it.

Let me get this straight? You were in prison because you didn't abide by the law for a gruesome crime. You want to get rid of the police department. You were arrested in a dispute at a cop's bar.

Now you like what you see? You like to see arrests made? Huh? Are you okay? Are you trying to brown nose other law enforcement agencies to help your current case with the FPD?

This just dooesn't make any sense?

Yeah Kevin,

Haven't heard much about your so-called lawsuits against all of those people that supposedly wronged you. You can't even handle that and you really expect others to vote you to lead.

You are such a joke, but thanks for the laughs!

It's the FBI's number one priority, the whole Boston & Worcester office has put everything on hold, including investigating terrorisim threats to consentrate on the Lynch case.

Oh, yes they do and it has just begun. The FPD overlay was Lynch's suggestion to Chief Demoura. And yes, there is a slight change for the better within the FPD as they are under the scope and must behave appropiately.

There are many more changes to come! I am also hearing of a petition going around requesting for Mayor Wong to step down. How many signatures of registered voters do you need to oust Major Wrong?

The FBI in Fitchburg is out of the New york office. The last three police officers that were investigated by the FBI committed less offenses than was committed against Kevin and his friend Dave.

The FBI is doing a major shuffle as agents are being rearranged due to allegations made by Congressman Stephen Lynch in reference to another mobster on the FBI Boston payroll.

You are a funny one, I'm sure no more than 76 people will sign any such petition, oh' isn't that how many people voted for you? Lynch, you really need to take your meds everyday as ordered by your doctor, paid for by the state. Also I would like to know why your neigbor is paying $600 per month more in his property, water, and sewer fees, thats $7200 more per year. Please explain to the forum how a homeowner, living in the Ceder St has to pay such a large increase. So the FBI decided to have the NYC office invesigate the FPD instead of Boston? What an honor it must be for the FPD to be investigated by the NYC office and not Boston or Worcester. Maybe things are slow in NYC. What a loser you are.

Your"positions" have been anything butt "backseat" to me, all along, Mr. Mayor!
And as far as Chief Demoura "backing her position?" I wishes YOU were "backing your position" with me. There's been a "rise" in something beside crime since we met, and it is downright criminal I tell you! I love working with you on these important issues, and look forward to getting behind you 100% in the near future.

I say this with sincerity. I am not responsible for any of the politicians, other city employees and police that are arrested! This is all due to their behaviors and the decisions that they made on their own! They are responsible for their own actions and decisions that they have made. They have no one to blame but themselves!!

Tonight, I am not feeling well. If I pass during the night I can only wish that other Fitchburg citizens will pick the torch of justice up and to finish the lap around Fitchburg in getting rid of the "good ole boy network" and the corruption that they abide by! Next stop is Fitchburg court house.

I believe that Fitchburg needs all new judges and magistrates along with a couple probation officers needing to be shift out. I feel that this should have been policy all along! How can we allow the same judges and magistrates to rule in the city in which they were raised in? There has to be a major shift in order to protect against "conflict of intersts positions" within our justice system which has no place! I mean it could get ridiculous as many convicted may be able to overturn their sentences due to the allowance of this admitted conflcit situation! Even the lawyers should be shifted out to other courts!

You are right. We should have a new justice system so people like yourself will never be incarerated for their actions. I am always innocent. I can do no wrong. I care about myself before I care about my family or anyone else. I can show the world I am not a bad person. I will prove to my family that I can make something out of myself no matter what they think about me. we should release all the inmates and start all over.

Actually we really need the good ole boy network to keep some of the whackos inline. Hmmmmmm, LSD is making a comeback now. Maybe that is what is making these people delusional.

Definition: Delusional disorder is an uncommon psychiatric condition in which patients present with circumscribed symptoms of non-bizarre delusions, but with the absence of prominent hallucinations and no thought disorder, mood disorder, or significant flattening of affect.

...and you should be well aware of what happens when you make bad decisions and act on them. Interesting you say you are not responsible for their bad decisions...who said you were? You really think this city revolves around you, and that is funny.

If you pass on tonight?? Oh the drama, the suspense, the mystery of it all!! Got a hangnail again?

You hope someone picks up the torch? You are a funny funny man...I will say that for you.

I agree, who said he was responsible, does he think he is a city leader or someone that may have power?

Anytime I see him I start running because I am scared. He was in prison for the most gruesome crime that can be committed.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Aquarius

The emotional atmosphere is quite potent under this Lunar Eclipse, evoking a sense of crisis. The problems you've been experiencing with a certain person lately come to a head during the next fortnight, making you feel that you have to take drastic action or lay down the law. Yet this could make the situation worse than ever, especially if you act from a sense of panic or desperation. Take things gently and don't throw your weight around unless it's absolutely necessary.
