We will be in Louisville Friday night to take a relative out to dinner. Since I know nothing about the city, just wondering if someone could give me some recommendations for good restaurants. Doesn't have to be close to downtown but that would be nice.

Thanks.

Hey - thanks for all the suggestions. Old Spaghetti Factory seemed to be a popular suggestion and very conveniently located too.

I also looked up Lynn's Paradise Cafe. This restaurant is familiar, seems as though I read a review or an article about it in a magazine. However, I think the Spaghetti Factory is more appealing to us.

May-try looking at J Alexanders. The helpings are huge, the service is never bad, and the Carrot cake is to die for! The cost is near that of the spaghetti factory but reasonable considering the portion size. And if u want something cooked a little different just ask! Ive done this with a special steak size and seasoning and they accommodate me every time! You wont get that with most five star places let alone a medium grade restairant.

Daily Horoscope for December 4

Taurus

Someone simply isn't being realistic or practical today, Taurus. He or she seems to be lost in a dream world of wishful thinking and idealism, none of which has much to do with what's really going on. Unfortunately, they won't want to hear any of this and may even manipulate the situation so they don't have to listen to your opinions. Be careful when dealing with this character and try not to get sucked into this desire to escape reality at all costs.
