ralph zeigler was in the north east breeze a few months ago arrested on 7 charges including rape. now he makes the news on one charge facing 7 years. I guess when ur a cop rather a old one or not u get off easy. I feel for the child who's life he messed up. what makes him any better than anyone else who is that sick. just look at his picture he looks like a perv. is it because he was a cop or from north east north east always seems to either hide or sugar coat things. i say throw the book at him. he use to wear a badge and a gun. so what is it cuz of his old job or cuz of living in north east??????
