You do not want to do business with this company. Owner does not honor warranty, and uses abusive language when contacted. He does shoddy work, and either doesn't prep properly, or uses inferior materials. Don't know since he won't come and look at the job.

This company is bad. He does terrible work, blames the problems on me. He did my bathtub twice and it needs to be done again. Certainly not by him. He hangs up on you when you call to complain.

I would warn everyone away from this company. He doesn't back up his warranty, blames the customer. And does terrible, shoddy work. He did my bathtub twice and in less than a week it has started to chip again. He hangs up on you when you complain or question him. Bad news all the way around.

DO NOT use this company. The guy calls back after I left a message, blames me for the tub peeling without seeing it. Then berates me on the phone using very abusive language and then hangs up on me. He is a very bad person.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm posting this for my elderly parents. They found him through a newspaper ad ...... like David in Los Angeles said, "bad news all the way around". He is very angry, abuse and he does terrible work. The bathtub was refinished on 2-25-09 and on 10-26-09 (8 short months!) a huge piece peeled right off. My parents do NOT want to call him to fix it..... they are frightened of him and the way he treats his customers. Again - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
