I love the lights and think it's great that the money goes entirely to charity, however, I still wonder how safe it will be. People park along West Spring Lake Road waiting to get in and there isn't really a shoulder there. When people get tired of waiting, they often pull out without looking (happened several times before).
Also, I know of at least one neighbor there who wasn't real fond of the idea but agreed to participate to avoid looking like a scrooge. |

Those of you who are concerned about traffic, should remember why this display was moved. Had it not been for the wonderful people that chose to trash the other site, this display would not have been forced to move.
I commend the generous people who volunteer their time and effort to carry on a tradtion! It is all some families can afford for entertainment during the holiday season and it means a lot! |
