That means that the staff has to work harder and kiss a-- to make this new person welcome why? That school needs someone who is willing and able to understand and work with the parents and staff in that community. We are just as educated as they are, matter fact blacks can teach, work in offices and do a better job if only giving a chance, but no this has to be done by all whites so we can just sit back and lick a--es(whites) wrong those days are over my friend, no more yes sir master.

Why - instead of claiming - "I know you are helping all your [Caucasian American] red neck buddies, not the Africans in America - why not go to the serving community and start up a petition. Do not take you complaints to the Board of Education, instead form a political party. Identify problems and come up with a viable solutions and run for political office.
