All those union guys raped the system for years making $70 an hour in overtime, screwing in a panel or two, year after year. So the company gets smart and now hires robots that work 24/7 doing the same work, and NOW these guys are out of work wondering why they can't feed there family making $9 bux an hour at Target. Its called planning for the future, and now that the scheme is over, and your not ripping off the company with overtime, KARMA bites you where the sun don't shine. And we can watch and smile because you should have had morals, or values back then, instead of trying to steal as much money as you could, and we all know the common excuse is..."well if Chevey was stupid enough to pay me $70 an hour, why should I complain", so, don't complain NOW that your world has crashed around you, time to join the ranks of the real working man. I love it when justice finally gets served.

I do sympathize with folks who lost their jobs, I do. It just sucks.

Still, life is life and you can't expect to collect money from other people. Maybe if companies didn't have to pay their unemployment taxes, they'd have more money to hire people with? Everything's all interconnected: unemployment benefits are one of the reasons we HAVE high unemployment.

That unemployment money is coming straight out of someone's pocket. It's wrong to take that money and not try your damnedest to get yourself off it.
