Allowing golf carts on the streets of huntingburg is an accident waiting to happen, they are dangerous and Huntingburg is a busy city. Golf carts should remain in camping grounds and golf courses!

Golf carts are dangerous??? Allowing golf carts in town is a great move and should have been allowed for years. Putting the correct restrictions in place will make them a great green alternative to the gas guzzlers most in DC drive. With proper lights and a license requirement, golf carts are as safe or safer than the hundreds of scooters buzzing around with unlicensed drivers. A community that isn't growing is a community that is dying. It's time for DC citizens to drop the narrow-minded approach and be progressive for a change... |

I live on the northern edge of Huntingburg and I personally think it's a good idea to let golf carts on the street, given the proper restrictions/lighting requirements.
