Why only Baker, Smith, and Brockman in the pole? This is probably been started by one of the 3. None of them are the sharpest knives in the kitchen. I would rather have Nelson back.

Baker can't run. He doesn't even live in Bracken County. Smith would make a good sheriff. Better than the one we have now.

Are you crazy? Smith broke the law, and the law won. You may say he deserves a second chance, however he was trusted to uphold the law by an oath. He did not do so. Kinda like a child molester, you can't really trust a dirty cop twice. Baker has shown a strong desire to do the job, but he doesn't really have the smarts to be the Sheriff. And Brockman? Well I think he was run out of Carlisle for the same thing Smith did.

There is a hugh difference in possession of sterroids and selling cocaine. And even putting a child mollester in this is just crazy! Why not include Murders at the top of the scale and Jay Walkers at the bottom and say non are deserving. Compare apples to apples! Not Apples to Hand Grenades !Geees !Where do some people get their ideads from?? Frank swore an oath to uphold the law when on duty.Do you do your job 24-7 ? No! You work your 8 hours and then go home and do what you want because it is none of your employeers business. Yes Frank did wrong by buying sterroids. He was trying to self medicate without a prescription. Atheletes do it all the time. Some get caught but most do not.The truth is Frank was set up by Marla & John.In talking he mentioned to a co-worker what he was considering doing because of his back pain. He got hurt on the job !Then his supposed Friends and co-workers RATTED him out to the Sheriff.Rectin is a Dirty Heartless SNAKE and a DRUNK! He could and SHOULD have pulled Frank in a spoke with him before he ever broke the law..None of this would have happened ! He did not choose to do that! That would have been the Human thing to do. That would have been fair thing to do.Instead he contacted prosecutors and KSP special unit called DESI.They were the one who set Frank up by charging him with trafficing in sterroids!! They were the ones who lured him to Falmouth with the promise to sell him sterriods he could buy.Did they make a mistake by charging him with breaking the wrong law?? Yes and No! They charged him with trafficing on purpose because it is a Felony & would make the Biggest Headlines and smear Frank the worst and that is just what our Cut Throat Heartless Sheriff wanted to do.As soon as Frank went in front of the Pendleton County Judge his charge was immediately reduced to Misdemeanor Possession. 100.00 fine and out the door. Case closed or is it?? I think Frank should sue the whole bunch! Especially the KSP who charged him with a False and slandering lie. He should go see the same lawyer the Bradford's are using to sue Rechtin & the KSP ! Heck I would buy his gas.. If you are wondering how I know all of this it is because I am on the inside watching it unfold around me. I too work in the court house. You were right about one thing! Baker and dumb belong in the same sentence.

Huge difference? What part of breaking the law and being a sworn law enforcement officer don't you understand? Frank knew it was wrong period. He broke the law. Cops are held to a higher standard, they know this going into the job. Therefore he cannot be trusted again, sorry. It doesn't matter that the charges were reduced. The fact is, FRANK BROKE THE LAW! A cop really is on duty 24/7. If Frank Smith is thinking of filing for office he should be ready for more of the same. His mistakes will be aired and discussed often. He need not take it personally; his personal life will be our open discussion. Thus is the life of a public servant.

You people can spread all the bullshit you want but Frank Smith is a good person and would be well suited for sheriff. Bet he isn't the first law enforcement officer who broke the law. Heck they do it all the time and get buy with it. A lot of them speed all the time and do you ever see them in the court house news. They tell me Ed Rudd was drunk when he had the wreck. Was he prosecuted? Hell no he wasn't cause he is in the click. One thing I hope is justice will be served in the Rob Bradford case

Well I would not wish back pain on my worst enemy but apparently you have never had severe pain or a back injury because you would do almost anything if you were told it would ease the pain. The pain gets so excruciating you would smoke a joint and rub crack on your back if you thought it would help.Hope you don't have to but if you ever have spinal problems then you will know that Frank was not all that much in the wrong other than who he listened to and who he bought it from.No I have never as much as smoked marijuana but I have seen severe back pain and know what he was trying to do.

Duuuh ! What part of he was charged wrong on purpose don't you understand. It was malicous police work at its worst. His charge was reduced because Frank was charged with the wrong thing. He possessed the drug. He was not trying to sell it. His was not a plea bargin like someone who is Guilty as charged and the system offers him a reduced charge to get them to plea guilty.Yes he will face people discussing his personal life and that is OK as long as they tell the truth and we also all now when the campaining starts some people will tell lies about the canidates if they are not their choice.I say may the best man win because everyone has skeletons in their closet. Some more than others.

SLF, or shall I say Sherman? Which do you prefer? Everyone knows you don't take anabolic steroids for pain. They are used for weight lifting. Plus everyone knows that Frank has that "little man syndrome". You take pain killers for back pain, not steroids, especially anabolic steroids.

Now, on to Josey, and SID, or do you prefer Greg? Frank may have been charged wrong, but cops do that all the time. Haven’t you ever charged anyone wrong before? Don't lie! I'm sure you have some "skeletons in your closet" Besides the Court system always lowers the charges to get the plea. Did Frank have to plead guilty? No he didn't. But he did. So he’s guilty of breaking the law. That makes him a criminal! Wait a minute, he would get along fine with the rest of the politicians up there. Frank is a good guy, but he doesn’t need to be a cop again.

I sure don't think Frank Smith is any worse than the ones in the sheriff dept. As a matter of fact I think he is still the best choice for sheriff off Bracken county. Is he the first law enforcement person that broke the law? Hell no he isn't and look at the former prosecuting attorney on some of the shit he did. Some cops has done a lot worse things than Smith. They just haven't got caught Still think he would be the best man for the job and personally don,t even know him

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Taurus

It's important that you keep that famous bull-headedness in check over the next couple of weeks. Be cool, calm and sensible and you'll find that you end up with things correctly and tidily done. Stick to the straight and narrow, no matter what the distractions or irritations around you. If you think outside the square, you'll begin to see how visualisation can change and shape your life. Trust your hunches and be ready to move on them.
