They never open on time, and the barbers are all undependable. This is one of the main reasons black owned businesses always fail. I have seen them use the same implements on person after person without sanitation and disinfection. Its discusting. Even more disturbing, the owner Joe Niel, who cuts there, behaves the same way as his barbers. He should lead by example!!!
