James Carncross 7 year sentence is overturned

The court of appeals over turned James Carncross sentence. James got a 7 year sentence for aggravated criminally homicide. DA Fitzpatrick did not tell the public that Todeschini did not call for back up in the pursue of Carncross. He broke the police law. I bet that won't make the headlines! It was a sad thing all the way around for both families.

Do you have any proof of this, such as a link to a court document, news report, etc? What the heck is 'police law' and how would the fact the the trooper did not call for backup in the 90 seconds or so he was in the chase have ANY effect on the outcome of this trial? Carcross was already a criminal, he was knowingly breaking the law just by riding his bike, and he fled from the trooper endangering himself, the trooper, and anyone else on the road that night. He got exactly what he deserved.

are you kidding me got what he deserved, first of all even if he did go fast on the motorcycle there was cars between him and it has not yet been ever proven that he even knew a cop was chasing him, the cop put so many lives in danger knowing he would never in a million years be able to chase a motorcycle in an suv that is not a opion but a fact and he caused his own death ,clearly the police guidelines state this , so why was he ever convicted, there is more than reasonable doubt..also look up several cases on the same charge ..dwi convitionsw/deaths or accidents where it can clearly be proven of this charge and these people getting away w/ 6months in jail or no more tha 1-3 years, even such a few cases as probation..no equal justice not even close..oh what is the defition of a drunk ask bill fitzpatrick the next time he falls off the bar stool at the brae lock in caz, oh but of course that is the only plays he drinks , wake up and there is so much more beyond this like the interagation process in this case, the prison, guards, i could go on it is like a sick movie, but the real problem is, it is not it is real..and very distrurbing..i know this first hand this is not opioin but fact
