Now's the time for N.C. to adopt Virgina's death penalty rules and start ridding our prisons of its overcrowded death row inmates. Our legislators can not find simple tried and worked legislation and apply it without changing in wording that become unconstitutional. Wake up Raleigh (The Capital)and adopt laws that have passed the test of the U.S. Supreme Court. Without language change we could start executions at full steam ahead in the coming year. I realizes that this is to simple for our legislators to to grasp. VOTE THIS COMING ELECTION FOR MEN OF TRUE UNDERSTANDING OF N.C. NEEDS AND VOTER DESIRES. We can make Raleigh wake up with enough pressure from voters.
