Parenting starts before the child is created and shameful it is that far too many allow their children to run around like terrors when they are small and then think that these same kids will behave and respect them when the teen years hit.
Train up a child in the ways he should go means first being stable yourself before bring a child into the world.
I am going to ask; where was his momma and why was he with stepmom and dad?

No one should ever be tied to a tree for any reason and that type of punishment is wrong. It is cruel and inhuman. But to charge someone with murder before all the facts are in is wrong too.

I'm willing to bet any amount of money that they were only doing to this boy what had been done to one of them when they were his age. I pray for the other two children. Maybe they'll be placed somewhere, shown love and be able to break the cycle of ignorance.
