Does anyone know anything about the building at 200 Railroad Ave in Bridgeville? It vacant, has a barbed wired electrical fence going around the back and it use to have a greenhouse in the back as well. Seems odd that it would have such security in the area. And what is it with the tank in the back coming out of the ground? Is that septic and WHAT???
