Do you really want to call this a paper? Lately the news is stale and the morning paper is just not cutting it. Now they put a .75 cent per paper price on it and what do you have. A very low budget paper with a expensive price tag. Just because we are in a recession and other papers are failing doesn't mean you need to price gouge. You got rid of your carriers? I don't buy that this tiny paper should cost that much. If you want people to continue to buy this expensive paper you are going to have to work harder to put something in it that is worth reading. This is a total cop out.

This paper absolutely stinks! There is nothing in it! 75 cents for it is the biggest rip off ever. I am boycotting it!

You will still buy it just to keep up on the latest gossip since you love to get on these forums and slander people and get in others business!

Why do you not create your own paper and we can see how you can do it so much better? Why don't you suggest ideas or submit your own work or photos?

I am sure your boycott will make all the difference and your demands will be met immediately.

Papers do not make money from subscriptions, they take a hit. It costs more to print and mail them. Advertising is what keep papers afloat and seeing as how our town has more than its fair share of pissers and moaners like yourself it is no wonder there are hardly any businesses left or people who want to make a go of it here, let alone advertise.

You will miss that paper when it is gone- which will be yet another in a long line of sad indicators of the neverending decline of this town.

Once again I hate to complain but I am going to. I purchased a paper today for 75 cents. For this money I expect a complete paper. I went to read the obituray section which the front page said see page 10. The paper only went to page 8 (Classified ads). I thought I got a bad paper. Went to a different location the paper was the same. I don't mind buying the paper but this is the second time in 1 month or less that I had the same problem. Sounds like someone needs to proof the paper. How does everyone get their money back?
