any updates on destiny weaver story?

It seems to have dropped out of sight, last I heard an autopsy was pending.

Do I smell a cover up?? For crying out loud - she died in February, hard to believe there is no news on the cause of death by now. Are they protecting someone besides this helpless little soul??

We look from time to time to see if there is any new news about Destiny. Please, those in power, get moving on this.

They are already trying the 17 year old charged with killing that poor little Rardon girl, that murder was in January. So here I am still wondering!!!????

Just wanting to let everyone know I just found out yesterday some news on the case, it is in the GF's Herald.

They charged her mom and her moms boyfriend, but wht exactly happened? I'm from ND and this was the first I've heard about it.

Very sad about poor little Destiny and all of her siblings, I pray for all of them. The mother obviously has some very real issues. I noticed though, that both her and her boyfriend are out on bail according to the Herald article on Saturday. I hope she is not allowed to see her other kids.

So where is Destiny's twin brother Devin?

i was in jail with jodie weaver. she couldn't get her story straight, kept on changing it. as far as the charges go, she is getting neglect for her other children and failure to report a death. I remember her making a comment that really disturbed me, which was "there just mad that they couldn't get me for murder" as she laughed. i feel strongly there is something else going on that they just don't know.

I heard on KVLY she's already pleading her case as a mental issue. She was supposedly incapable mentally to know what she was doing?? HMMMMMM.....

I just read Jody's comment in jail about how "they are just mad they could not get me for murder" with a laugh. Psycho, insane, how could a mother say that? I beleive this is why she did not report the death, in hope that Destinys body would deteriorate. That is so obvious to me.

I am Clarences ex, and could say alot about Jody. The manner in which she took my life literally, away from myself and my son, enjoyed, jeered at our pain. But it was a blessing in a way. She is insane, a predator, all of her relationships were about taking a man from another woman.

Does anyone know if they accepted the plea, or is she still doing time or what?? I too have heard much about this woman from a close relative,(Jody lived with her ex) and they were horror stories. Mostly of her meaness and lack of control.So I hope she is still in jail, or will go to an institution for a very long time, anywhere but the public. I feel bad for you "The Ex" I've heard what she is capable of, however, sounds to me like you are far better off with out him.

Jodi is not in Jail, she is running between 2 guys in grygla. She acts like there is nothing wrong. We have seen her driving around drinking all the time. And it's not fair. She deserves to be locked up. She must of been hiding something when she never contacted the police. She is not normal MOST people would of reported it right away!! She deserves to be LOCKED UP!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they should have her sterilized before she makes more. Seems kids are like property to her? or child support payments.Free white and 21 should call the authorities next time you see her drinking and driving - at least she would be off the streets for a little while for DWI. Maybe they would send her to dry out, which may be worse punishment (to her) than what she got for trying dispose of her own child. What's wrong with the 2 guys who would even have her!!!???

The 2 guys in Grygla are Clarence and Frank Saurdiff. Sorry man,not worried about confidentiality. Strangest thing, when Clarence is trucking, she stays with Frank. Frank is an abusive man whose wife finally left him 8(?)years ago. Frank drinks at least a case a day of beer and he drinks and drives too. I have NO idea what kind of arrangement Clarence and Frank have????
Frank used to hit on me when I lived with Clarence. should have told me something about "my" man???

I'm on a roll: this is to Wondering: Jody told me when she was taking over my life back in 2006, that she would gladly have Clarences baby "if he wanted" her to.........

To the Ex - holy crap!! I hope these guys have enough sense to use protection, who knows how many more are out there?? Pregnancy may be the least of their worries - how 'bout some life threating STD's?? Maybe they like to share???
