Swanson Health Products Designated a Trusted Store by Shopping.com

Swanson Health Products will ruin your credit and even smear your spouse's name through the mud, despite spouse having nothing to do with your balance owed!!! I have been a long-time customer of Swanson Health Products, but they forever and successfully chased me away. They don't believe in notifying their customers about any payments due; instead, they continue to ship products, as invoices state $0.00 balances owed--afterwards, I received a threatening collection agency letter for amount due, when they could have notified me for payment and were too lazy to do so. I had incident described recently happen to me, as I accidentally wrote wrong check (I thought I had thrown out old checks, but accidentally used remaining ones from an ex-account) to Swanson Health Products and they had no decency to contact me on this issue. Why in the world did Swanson Health Products ship me my merchandise, if there was still a payment amount due; afterwards, they viciously want to send me to collections for this? There was no way of me knowing I still owed them money, if Swanson's personnel are too lazy to notify me and invoices show a $0.00 balance. It ends up they immediately sent me to Transworld Systems Collection Agency, smearing my spouse's name along with mine, despite my spouse having nothing to do with any of my purchase transactions. I sent first check of amount due to Transworld and two weeks later, they send me another threatening notice. I called Transworld nunmerous times, as all I get is a recorded message of threats and then machine hangs up on me. I had to resend another check, but this time, directly to Swanson Health Products--hard telling where my first check went to, as I sent it to address listed on their letter; so, as of now, it's still out where ever. If Swanson Health Products can do this very dishonest scheme to me, imagine how many others they did this to. Also bear in mind that if your credit card company should ever lower your credit limits behind your back without notification, you as a customer, will find yourself in the same boat as myself, since they will not contact you in regards to your credit card now maxed out. What will happen is Swanson Health Products will still ship out your health products, then turn around and quickly send you to Transworld Systems for payment due. No word of warning from Swanson Health Products's billing or customer service departments: It's smear your credit and anyone else's name on your account, despite your spouse, etc., never purchasing one single item from this unethically shady company. Why should I be forced to pay TWO double payments for one item, all because Transworld Systems is too lazy to retrieve my mailed check from their mailbox and insists on employed scare tactics tactics towards me? It seems to me that Transworld Systems is not a legit company, because why else would they not accept people's phone calls? Unless you want yourself, spouse's, or any other family member's names and credit smeared by Swanson Health Products' deceptive business practices, I would strongly advise you to run from this company at all costs! I found other health product companies with cheaper goods and with the same or better quality. I shall never buy another item from Swanson Health Products ever again, since apparently, they lie about treating their customers like royalty. Various people have posted negative reports about Swanson Health Products's unfair, inhumane treatments towards their own employees. Many complaints are posted on Internet about Transworld System's nasty practices, too. So much for Swanson Health Products valuing their customers!

Despite what forum says, never trust Swanson Health Products, except be assured they have no respect for their customers or employees! I was never employed by Swanson Health Products, but after reading other people's comments, it sounds like a not-too-nice place to work and I know for a fact that they absolutely treat their customers like dung. I experienced first hand how Swanson Health Products lies to the world about treating their customers superbly, while the consequential opposite holds true. I hope my comments warn you and other readers about this company's very deceiving methods. They don't even try to work things out. Above all else, if there is any amount due, a decent company would never ship merchandise to a customer without a cleared payment; instead, they would make an attempt to first notify customer. If customer refuses to pay amount owed after being notified, then I can see why a company like Swanson Health Products would resort to turning unpaid debt to a collection agency. In my case, Swanson Health Products led me to believe I was paid up, when in fact, they did me dirty. Remember, if Swanson Health Products and other nasty companies can backstab long-time customers like myself, they won't hestitate to deliberately do the same evil deeds to someone else. Mine and my spouse's (who never purchased one single Swanson Health Product item) credit reports are blemished by being mercilessly turned over to collection agency without any prior warning; therefore, I will have to dispute to all three credit reporting agencies that I paid my "secret debt" I didn't first know I owed as two checks for same amount to Transworld Systems, who somehow sat on my check for what ever reason and next, I mailed to Swanson Health Products for entire amount they claim I owe to rid myself of collection agency's malicious letters; however, I owe it to others to warn them to not be deceived by Swanson Health Products, as anyone can fall under their web. Just because you charge by credit card and "believe" you still have a high enough credit limit does not mean that your credit card company won't suddenly lower your limit behind your back. In the meantime, you'll figure your amount for merchandise is paid in full, until Swanson Health Products has no consideration or respect towards you when they immediately forward amnount owed to collection agency. Lucky you, since merchandise will still arrive, while Swanson Health Products smears your good name in the world of credit reporting! Sending a customer over to a collection agency without any attempts to notify the customer of any payments due is inconsiderate and definitely unprofessional. This is further proof that Swanson Health Products is bad for anyone's health, as their product labels never truthfully state where their products are manufactured at. "Distributed by Swanson Health Products" is not the same as "Made In (Country's Name)." Dishonesty is Swanson Health Products' policy!
