Also, the hispanic shooter (AKA Murderer) was an illegal alian that had a prision record for kidnapping, sexual abuse, assualt w/ a deadly weapon etc.
"How could this unfortunate event been avoided" is the question we are left hanging with.
If you have a dog that you love, you register it and keep it in a contained area where it can not get into trouble. If the dog bites someone you must keep it locked up. If it goes rabid, you shoot it. The murderer was a rabid dog that had not been delt with appropriately by our judicial system.

If it would have been a white person to do it , then some from other races would be making racist comments about white people ,some from northern states would be making comments about southern folk , same racism and stereotyping .

It's about like watching an everlasting wrestling match where both sides get beat up but no one ever wins or gets anything out of it .
