Dose any one know of a old man who lived here named wally wielenbeck? Is he a scammer?

This man moved to wv and prays upon older woman and trys to sue any body he can. Can anyone give any info on this man?I was told he lived in belair before moving. He had a wife named lovella and left her. Any thing can help he is driving foe a senior center.

Yes I know him, the suit was due to, he was taking care of a woman name Josephine for over 8 yrs. They lived together throughout this time, when her family had nothing to do with her (until she died, then they wanted everything she and he had) Lovella is his ex-wife and the only thing that kept there 20+yr marriage together was the daughter they shared together. But any way, him and Josephine had a verbal agreement that he'd get most of her estate when she died, but her family came in like scavengers and kicked him out and took everything. if it weren't for him being there for her, she would have wound up in a nursing home and would have lost everything. You should be thankful to him rather than screwing him out of everything as you did. you not only took what was her past, but also what they both accumilated and shared.
