Will Charles Manson ever Win Freedom from Prison?

I just read that Charles Manson is up for Parole again in 2012. He has been incarcerated since 1970, I believe, having served 37 years in prison. He is 72 years old now, so he'd be around 77 if paroled at that time. I'm not defending him....just wondering if he'll die in prison, or if he'll ever get a taste of freedom again. Any thoughts? I'm betting on him remaining in Prison.

I am betting that he will die in prison. He is a little twerp who got others to do his racist bidding, while he stayed in the camp and courted the chicks with his massive 5'4", 125 pound frame! He does have evil eyes though!

Yes, even I wonder how such a little weasel was able to become such a leader....albeit an evil one. Must have been an influx of chicks with low self-esteem that year in San Fran.

well my thoughts are he should stay in prison..... CUZ if he gets out what will he do he has nothing, his whole life he has been in and out of prison. if he gets out he wont know how to do anything .... now days there are MORE technology... he might not even know how to mantain the cfars we have now. If he gets he will go back to what he is used to doin.....being a troubled guy.

What the hell are you talking about???? Have you ever actually heard this freak talk??? If he gets out he will try and do it again. Maybe they could let him out of prison and he can come live with you and your family. Since you think he is such a wonderful guy, I'm sure he would NEVER harm your family.

Name one person who has done way worse and gotten off? Do you have any idea what he has done? I'll be waiting to see your examples.

If you've followed his story, you'd know that in interviews, he states that he does not want to be released from prison. So I doubt if he'll ever get out and he will more than likely die in prison.

O J Simpson, Phill Spector, Robert Blake, just to name a few.

O J -wife and her 'friend'........Phil Spector-b actress he dated.........Robert Blake-wife......all went to court and have a "stigma" on them now.....

Charles Manson- had a cult following who butchered non-relatives in their home at his orders.Ever heard of Helter Skelter or Sharon Tate and her unborn child ? CM is now also being investigated for more killings and secretly buried on his ranch (which I think is in Cal)......Law enforcement plans on digging up spots on CM property.........

I guess you think it wasn`t so bad as long as it was someone elses family members. He and his group should all be in prison or put to death!! Its easier to say he should get out if it wasn`t your mother, father or sibling. Stop and think how you would feel. He is a monster.

i think that charles manson is scared of getting out of jail because of all the victims family's and what they will do to him. whos to say what is going through his mind if he ever gets out of prison. ANOTHER HELTER SKELTER.

I honestly believe that Charles Manson is scared of getting out of prison because of his victims family members and what they will do to him. I do not think that a man of his mental capacity should ever be set free because we never know what he may try to set off know.

There are worse people running around unfortunately, he just got caught.

I don't believe that it is the thought of the victim's family that scares him it's just the thought of being out of prison that scares him. They say that most "Lifers" cannot function in the outside world because of the time that they have spent in prison. Would you want the old nut in your hometown, or neighborhood? Not me!!

charles manson is a psycho and he does not deserve to come out of jail, EVER. if you think otherwise, why dont you confront the families of those who he murdered, im sure they will have something to say.
now, since you think you know everything about law and justice, why dont give us some examples of people who have gotten off for much worse? i dont think anyone has done much worse then charles manson. but i will be waiting for some examples.
