Seems to me that taking this piece of work behind an old junkyard and a bullet to the head would be the judgement fair and simple, do not even have to bury him, the vermin will reduce him to a pile of bones in three weeks. Now we have to waste our tax dollars to feed him, house him, medicate him, let him file grievances against all he can, and then get a room with a TV and meals, meds, The guards and all employees have to walk quietly around him in order to keep their jobs. Too much money. I got a 12 guage slug upstairs I would donate and also the gun and the finger, without the slightest compunction.

Little 8 or 9 year old Jennifer's body was found weeks later under a bridge just over the NC line near Stoneville, NC, wasn't it?
