Review: East Coast Towing LLC

Illegally Charging Customers more than the law allows!‎ This company has towed both myself and my two friends cars and have charged us more than the legal amount for the initial hook-up and tow fee (which in the state of Virginia is $125). They also scratched the seam where my doors meet the body of my vehicle due to the tow truck driver trying to get into my car to remove the expired parking pass that I had hanging on my rearview mirror. The company admitted to over charging and has since refunded myself and my friends the overage amount, but would not admit to the damage and now I will have to take this company to small claims in order to recover the funds to fix the damage done to my vehicle.

Worst towing company ever. Make sure your car doesn't have any damage when you pick it up. The road to their yard has many holes on them and it can easily damage the frame of the car while they tow your car. The owner and the business are slimey. Be very advised. I'm taking these people to court. Had an appointment with the owner of the towing company so he could check the damage. The owner didn't even show up and didn't even bother to call. Taking him to court for the damage they did to my car, time they wasted and for the EXPENSIVE lawyer that I'm going to hire for this.

picked up my car this morning. Lots of damage. Others with the same problem need to get with me and we take this guy to court.

Got got my car towed AGAIN by these slimey bastards. This time, my temporary registration was taped to the back window. The tow truck driver didn't see the temporary registration and towed my car. Got the car out for free, but going to sue them for wasting my time, getting late to work and missing my meeting, taxi fare.......Please leave your email address and we can take them to court together.
