Just wanted to remark how unethical, and unprofessional Merit Property Management is. We had 2 Property Managers here, Rudy was sent packing for running the place down, and not telling the whole story. You be the judge. What a waste of money these folks provide for a non service to our community here in Temecula. It is the one based in Murrieta.

Very unprofessional actions, they don't tell the truth about actions of their people. Also they cover up about problems in the community, no follow through with problems. Biggest scams of an organization.

I have to agree with you! We had Rudy Raya for a few months and he ran our community into the ground also! No follow up, no returned calls, all you get is I will have to check on that & get back to you.

We should all get in contact with each other & try to get a class action law suite against Merit Property Management. They have done nothing but take our money & our community looks like we took ten steps back from the company we changed from & now we are going to have to start all over again! If you don't look closely you will fine hidden charges that they Merit can not even explain as to what it is or why it happened!

If they have a CMCA there certification has a code of ethics they have to abide by.
