Review: Mad Mountain Wireless

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. They are rude as they quote ridiculous prices so they can make more in commission saying they have the right to charge whatever they want. I try to give local businesses a chance so I went back to be completely refused any type of service because I didn't purchase one of the phones on my family plan directly from them. The third, and last time, I went in she wanted to charge me $20.00 to transfer contacts to a new phone, a service that all other verizon representatives offer complementary. GO TO REDDING!

They offer wonderful service that you don't have to wait forever to receive because they have effective staff, and they treat you right!

Every time I have entered this bussiness, I have been welcomed with a smile and always left with one. All of my problems were solved and I got a great deal to boot, I have returned product no problem ever. I am glad they are here, maybe you should switch to ATT. Have fun in redding waiting in line and dealing with employees. I'll stay here and enjoy small bussiness at its best........... patrick jones / fall river

This at&t store is the best customer service. They are friendly very up beat and if you hang out there for to long you might even get lunch. I barrowed a phone for months free of charge. They are out there for the you the customer. Shopping local is what makes Burney A better place to live.In Redding you are just a number at mt mountain you have a name,and a smile to go along with it.
