Does anyone know of this chicks case is closed or if she is being investigated?? Is there any chance of her getting locked up like she deserves? Shows how screwed up our government is! I bet if Tom "accidentally" killed her he would be in prison Like any other guy. Makes me angry That this crazy drug addict stripper murderer is free, And able to raise a child? WTF

the government doesn't care about people , they just care about money and to not lose his job. They just take case where they don't need do nothing.How they can win case where the killer is yang women with the baby. there is no any chances to win.Yes, is truth that man will be in prison for

she killed tom, and it was recorded as a murder but she is free?? she killed a passenger in the car and she is still free? Does anyone the prosecuters name in Tom's case? We need to protest or something and write in papers becuse this is crazy. We need to write to the news and toms family needs to find a lawyer and get Victoria because shes going to end up just like her mother and i know if Victorias father was still here he would not want that! She is sick and i hope she is locked up soon, or someone else will die becase of her. MURDERER!!!!!!

Sounds like sheryl snow isn't doing her job! she should be fired or something becuase a human beings life was lost and just becuase a woman did it doesnt mean she should be free! If that were the case, than i could go kill someone and say its self defense and be free! WHAT A WORLD...WHAT A MESSAGE THAT IS BEING SENT OUT THERE...i feel horrible for his family and friends who have to live with this. If i was Lisa i probably would have killed myself...how can you live like this...knowing you did this and knowing you are free for a crime you committed! What is wrong with you? you killed your boyfriend and your childs father..you took a life...a life that can't be brought back! You deserve life in prision and toms daughter deserves the right to live a normal happy life, and thats not with you! I've been following this story for a while cause it caught my attention that she wasn't in jail.
