Chico's is on the east part of Fairview, yes. Very clicky place.

It's not broken down and hillbilly in that area. We stop at Chico's once in a while when we come home. I stopped there a lot when I lived in Erie.

Actually Becky it's a very nice area there. No trailers around there. They have delicious food too. It's not a dive bar at all. But how smart of you to assume it's all shacks and trailers.

Fairview is a combination of both shack neighborhoods, trailers and extremely nice neighborhoods. Just like all of Erie. Depends on WHERE you go.
The taxes are higher. Worth it? Not really. It's not much different from the rest of Erie/Millcreek.

I don't think taxes are higher in Fairview than they are in the city, but I could be wrong (too lazy to look it up right now). But Fairview's school district definitely has a good reputation.

The truth of the matter is that the "White Trash" that was fighting in there were from Millcreek! They were attending a reverse raffle at the St. John's Hall in Girard earlier that evening! It was being held on the behalf of the McDowell Sports program. The police have a couple names and two license numbers as of this morning. If you are just lying around recovering from the doctor removing your head from your ass, and don't know what you are talking about, shut up, and keep counting on the money that you did not work for.
