Arrest records released by the Holmdel Police Dept. on Dec. 12, 2011. Nov. 21: A Christopher Rovinsky, 25, of Union Beach NJ was arrested and charged for possession of CDS as a result of a suspicious person call at the Kohl's Plaza.
