See how bad you blew it Mayor Duffy. There is mega intrest in projects like this.
My honest opinion your not fit and the mess in Rochester is so bad nobody wants your job.
In the midst of the worst recession in history you had a chance to provide the jobs and complete a projcet many waited a long time for and you could not close the deal.

Please God, develop this project anyplace except the
city. They had their chance.
They blew it. They dragged
their feet. They argued.They
couldn,t get it done. Don,t
let them delay this project
anylonger.

Isn't that area contaminated?
Didn't Xerox spill there, and have to hook up all the local residents to MCWA water?
Or is that just planned obsolescence for a clean-up bill later?
Oops, my bad.

I hear your prayers. I will grant your request.
This project will NOT happen in the city.
Done.

I hope they will choose to build in irondequoit since it's closer to the original theater. The only thing is I'd hate to losoe such a beautiful theater. It is a great place to be, a palce I grew up in. I hope they continue to use it for shows so they can opperate out of two buildings.

How could it possibly cost so much to renovate the Aud?
Oh, sorry, I didn't realize Grady was into the construction field now.

Hey, a guy has to make his money, I know.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Cancer

Mercury turning retro is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2010. Lawyers and legal matters, debates, contract negotiations, partnership or other alliances, and joint ventures of any kind need attention. As a Cancerian you don't like endings, but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.
