You live in a pit of hatred that blinds you to all forms of reality. This worthless waste of oxygen would never have gotten out of jail in the first place if it wasn't for hate mongers such as your self, screaming for the rights of murders and doing nothing for the victims.

I think if you kill someone for the pure pleasure of watching them die you should be killed. I think if you touch a baby or torment and rape a woman the same fate should greet you... DEATH. These people can not be rehabilitated. Anyone opposed to this idea should let these people live next door to them and their family friends and children. Its time we stepped up a bit. There is a boy serving 10 years in jail for having sex with a white girl his same age... There was consent by the way. And this man who took a life in the worst way possible is free to do it again. It sounds like your issues go a little deeper than the real subject here. I am all for rehabing people who can be,(cheaters, theives, speeders,) but an eye for an eye is what I say for sickos like him. Bush isn't the problem here. Get a better arguement!

1) I am not forgiving him. Where did you get that from? You just wanted to rant so you made that part up. If you would read the posts then you would be able to follow the arguments and see how the subjects of stealing, cheating and speeding were brought up....so go back and read.

2) The reasons the prisons are full is because of all non-violent, usually drug-related, criminals that are sent to prison. All of the whackjob religious right conservatives are all about "get tough on crime" with total crap like the " 3 strikes law" that sends someone to prison for 25 years for stealing a Snickers bar.

3) Executing someone IS NOT A DETERRENT TO CRIME.Are you trying to deny that? Execution is all about vengeance and it dehumanizes the rest of society. Put him jail forever, period.... but killing him does nothing but costs a lot of money in a justice system so screwed up it cannot even dole out the death penalty in a fair manner.

All of the tough talk on this board is pathetic - you need to educate YOURSELF about the system instead of spending your days in your recliner in front of FOX news.
