A 23-year-old woman who got a friend to kill her Jack Russell terrier was charged with skinning the puppy to make a belt out of its hide.

I think jail is a great idea. I bet the other "residents" would not take kindly to her particular fashion sense and might offer a special type of justice to her and her friend.
