I am convinced this country would be better off if all Muslims were returned to their countries of origin. 1. This man's country of origin is the US.
2. The US is not a Christian country, no matter how much you try to spin it. We have Freedom of and from Religion in this great Nation.
3. The Moors ruled Spain for 700 years. During that time, Spain was the only civilized nation in Europe. Under the leadership of the Muslim Moors, Spain kept alive all of the knowledge that had been discovered by the Greeks and Romans. During that time, scholarship and education thrived in Spain while the rest of Europe was ignorant and unwashed. Under the rule of the Moors, Christians, Jews and Muslims were all free to practice their own religion. After the Reconquista, the Reyes Catolicos forced the Jews and Muslims to convert to Christianity, leave Spain, or die.
