Am I the onlt one who finds it funny that the whole 'black' issue has been predominate as of late? He was 1/2 black before the election as well as 1/2 white. Why is it that if we don'r agree with his Healthcare plan we must be racist? Can I just not agree with it? Why does race always end up being an issue? Seems that it many cases that is the issue? It belittles every black man and woman who really lived through segregation and whhas really been the victim of racism to keep using that as an excuse.

People use the 'excuse' that best fits and well, works. Shouting 'race' always works (except if you are a majority).

I did not like the Clintons proposed Health Care 'solution' and I don't like Obama's. Race has absolutely nothing to do with it and I'm guessing I speak for most people opposed to socialized medicine.

I voted for Obama,I support him, I am white. His healthcare plan is awesome except what it is opening up as. It's allowing the government full control over your life before too long. Sure it isn't going to be like that at first but eventually the way the plan sounds after you are practically useless and you really arent living at all, after you are so old that you can't function in society the government will be able to step in and say "pull the plug" so to speak. Sure its going to start off assisted suicide for those who want it. I just think its purely a bad idea. And God yes there is a lot of racism in the south, but that doesnt mean everyone is like that. I know businesses who curse the President of the United States of America's name in hatred, only because he is black because they are too stupid to think of another reason. You've grown up along with these people they are called morons. Relax.. and let the good times roll.

You say you support Obama and his Health Care plan but all it sounds like to me is that you argued against it...

Daily Horoscope for December 17

Sagittarius

It's time to assess your Christmas preparations. Have you written and posted all your cards? If not, get cracking now while you're in the mood to get them all out of the way. You'll also enjoy a quick trip around the shops to see what's on offer and tick off a few more items on that long list of yours. If you're stuck for a present for someone, maybe you could find a book that they'd like.
