It is entirely possible, in fact MORE LIKELY, that anti-recall supporters did this. Remember the paint bombing of Diana Lang's house, then the sign "Who would do this?" a while back?

It is more likely Pearsall won't be collecting a FBP check in a few weeks than there was a camera in the vicinity of the mural. Scoop something that will happen rather than something you wish would happen.
