Well...I can tell you from my experience in court as a juror, you never ever want a public defender handling your case.

If you want the best possible defense, you need money. Don't kid yourself. Money buys justice.

Ogul is worth every penny. He does pour himself into his clients defense even when it infuriates DA, Judge, victims families, This is the price we all pay to get a fair trial and adequate defense. You may not agree with him but he should, must be respected. Tip of the hat.

Depends entirely on what they did.

It also depends on weather they are guilty or not.

If it was my kid? GUILTY. No doubt.

That's why I don't have any kids. I could never afford to get them a decent lawyer.

Is it just about the win? Officer Harper is dead. No weapon was found on her, or in her car. Is it enough to "think" you were going to be killed, to justify this slaying? The power of persuasion. A fine attribute. Good riddance.

Attorney Jon Unger for DA!
Jon Unger was a great Judge. His wife Solano County Judge Unger does not perform fair in court if the defending attorney his her personal friend (Cantrell). Is something going on that we should know about. It is a shame. That she allows perjury in her courtroom when these attorneys do this. No other Judge has allowed this. But her husband Jon Unger said ( equal application of the law applies to all ). To bad his wife whom shares the same name does not follow his example.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Virgo

Keep a pinch of salt handy today because not everything you hear will be the gospel truth. Someone might have manipulated the facts to make them sound more acceptable, or they may have got carried away and forgotten to tell you something rather vital. Try to keep misunderstandings to a minimum by being as straightforward and honest as possible, and by not simply assuming that people know what you're talking about and therefore not bothering to explain properly.
