I also agree with Joe. The woman should be charged as a Peeping Tom. Charges against Mr. Williamson should be dropped. Charges for stupidity and waste of public funds should be filed against the police officers involved and the Commonwealth Attorney.

That poor man! How many of us walk around naked in our own homes? I know I do! That woman should be the one arrested for being a peeping tom. It's really sad when a person is minding their own business in their own home and can be arrested. The Springfield, Virginia police department is a joke if all they have to do is harass innocent citizens. Glad I don't live there!!

This guy was in the privacy of his own home. If he wants to walk around naked it is his right. What about the woman looking through the window? Last time I checked that is against the law. The other stories I read stated the woman was walking with her son at 5:30 a.m., and were cutting through his yard, in the darkness, when they saw him through the window in the dark wee hours of the morning.

There but for the grace of God go I!!! I do get up in the wee hours to get a glass of water. Prayers there aren't weirdos lurking on my property with their little children peering in my windows trying to be offended in the wee dark hours.

I also agree with Joe. Why wasn't that woman arrested for being a peeping tom?! What if the genders were reversed? Naked in his own home? I am naked ALL the time in my place. ALL THE TIME. And, I'll be damned if I am putting clothes on for anyone. Stop looking through my windows.
People are unbelievable. This guy has to PAY for an attorney to defend himself against the insane? What a joke.
