Clifton Virginia’s Historical Masonic Lodge is severally damaged in the wake of four days of torrential rains. Clifton’s Popes Head Creek overflowed its banks and the 129 year old Freemasons Acacia Lodge No. 16 building was devastated by being submerged under 17 inches of rushing creek water. Acacia Lodge is a historical landmark, listed as #58 of 63 in Clifton’s inventory. www.Acacia16.org/Flood2006.htm
