The lab here in Tulsa does Coggins tests in 24 hours.

Mr. Woodrell has always had very nice horses. It's a shame that his irresponsible neighbors have caused his horses to be placed under quarantine.

Why does it look like the Woodrells are at fault here? It seems to me that the people who should be on the news are the ones with the infected horse.
