I hear that laws are also causing hardship to canal residents. Should we abolish laws too?

I live here in the Canal and although the punishment may be harsh, it is the only way the neighborhood will ever learn to follow the rules. If we go easy, then they'll just do it over and over again.

What is wrong with towing? If you cannot read a sign, maybe having a car or driving is just not for you, and you have bigger problems.

Wuzzat your car? Sheeeee-ittttt. We don't tow anybodys car away unless we're directed by a law enforcement agency. We don't do private property tows, either. Thanks for the compliment. Happy Vets day tomorrow.

I gotta tell you. Buddy Boy and those who dislike towing companies - The BEST part of my life was being hired by Ken. I swear to God, God never built a finer human being. I'm damned proud to work for Corte Madera Tow.

Naive liberal faith in "education"
Which of course keeps the activists employed
People dont violate these laws because of ignorance they do so because they think they can get away with it
And people litter cuz they are slobs not because they need education
That and the fact that you have/allow 12 people most with cars most illegal to live in a 2-3 bedroom apartment

What is the point of giving out a citation? Do you really think they are going to pay it?
They will probably just throw it on the street creating more trash.

What? I thought it was the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL using TAXPAYER DOLLARS that were cleaning the strets four days a week.
I'm lucky if I see a sweeper within a mile of my neighborhood once a month.

Actually Walt, the Canal Community is getting up off their knees. They are tired of all the BS from people like you and laws that are only applied in one neighborhood in the city, their neighborhood.

You obviously have no clue as to what the recycling and street cleaning programs are about in the Canal. You are projecting how you would behave, it tells a lot about you!

Total BS and caving to a self imported constituency that is not wanted, not needed and is deliriousness to our society.

So now we're supposed to stop interrupting the flow of litter dropped by people into the bay with street sweeping so that their crappy third hand used cars can sit there unrepaired...."oh but they buy so much and support the economy!'....
where do you think Marin's second hand washing machines, cars, household items end up? In the Canal where they are left to the next occupants of the apartments, the 'cousin' up from Guatemala who then uses it until it wears out then dumps it on the street for the taxpayers to haul away.

Dumping litter in Central America is like flushing a toilet here. Every gully and open area is piled high with garbage. Habits are imported with their practitioners.

Again I say "what"?
You sound like your brain is wired backwards.
A great many laws ARE NOT enforced in that area.
